How long does a luxury scented candle from The Style Of Morocco burn?

That depends on the model:

  • Lumière Blanche (210g) — approximately 40 hours
  • Silver Serenity (350g content) — approximately 50–60 hours
  • Royale Marrakech (950g total weight, with jar) — up to 80 hours

For the best burn time, we recommend burning for at least 2 hours the first time so that the entire surface melts.

What are the best scented candles for a relaxing atmosphere at home?

For a warm, relaxing atmosphere, Amber and Oriental are our bestsellers. Amber has deep, soft notes that instantly create a sense of calm. Oriental is richer and spicier — perfect for a cozy feeling in the evening.

Are The Style Of Morocco scented candles safe for indoor use?

Yes. Our candles are made from high-quality wax with carefully selected fragrance oils. Always use on a heat-resistant surface, keep away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

What is the difference between Oud and Amber scented candles?

Amber is warm, soft, and approachable — ideal as a first luxury scented candle. Oud is more intense and woody, with a mysterious depth typical of Oriental perfumery. In doubt? Start with Amber.

Can I order a scented candle as a gift?

Absolutely. Our candles come in luxurious packaging and are perfect as a gift for birthdays, housewarmings, or holidays. We also offer gift sets with candles and fragrance oil.

What are scent sticks and how do you use them?

Scent sticks (also known as reed diffusers) are wooden sticks that you place in a bottle of fragrance oil. The sticks absorb the oil and slowly release the scent into the room — without a flame, without electricity. Ideal for a constant, subtle home fragrance.

How long do The Style Of Morocco scent sticks last?

Our 100ml diffusers last an average of 4–6 weeks, and the 500ml Signature Diffusers up to 4–6 months. Turn the sticks weekly for a more intense scent dispersion.

In which rooms do scent sticks work best?

Scent sticks work best in rooms with light air circulation, such as a hallway, living room, or bedroom. Avoid direct sunlight and drafts, as these accelerate evaporation.

What is the difference between a 100ml and 500ml diffuser?

The 100ml is ideal for smaller rooms (up to approx. 20m²) and as an introduction to a scent. The 500ml Signature Diffuser is our premium line — suitable for large living rooms and open spaces, with a longer lifespan and more intense scent dispersion.

Which scent is most popular for scent sticks?

Amber is our absolute bestseller — warm, refined, and loved by everyone. Fleur d'Oranger and Musk are popular for those looking for a fresher, lighter scent.

What makes Moroccan scents unique?

Moroccan scents are inspired by ancient perfume traditions from cities like Marrakech and Fès. They combine rich woody base notes (such as Oud and Amber) with floral and spicy accents. The result is a depth and warmth rarely found in Western fragrances.

What is Oud and why is it so special?

Oud (also known as agarwood) is one of the most precious raw materials in the perfume world. It is extracted from the resin of the Aquilaria tree and has a rich, woody scent with an almost meditative depth. In Arab and Moroccan culture, Oud symbolizes hospitality and luxury.

What is the difference between Oud and Musk?

Oud is dark, woody, and intense — a scent with character and depth. Musk is soft, clean, and subtle — a modern base scent that radiates tranquility. Together, they form a classic Oriental combination.

About ordering & shipping

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day and delivered the next business day via PostNL (Netherlands). For Belgium, it's 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! For orders over €50, you receive free shipping within the Netherlands. Below this amount, we charge a standard shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link from PostNL that allows you to track your package live.

About returns & right of withdrawal

What is the right of withdrawal and does it apply to my order?

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This applies to all orders with The Style Of Morocco.

How do I return a product?

You can submit a return request via your account or through our customer service. After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my money back after a return?

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Can I cancel an order after I have paid?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible or submit a cancellation request via your account.
