Orders & payments

Do you have a question about your order or payment? Always include your order number when contacting us so we can help you quickly. After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. More information about shipping costs and delivery times can be found on our Shipping page.

Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receipt. After notifying us of the return, you have another 30 days to return the product.

Please note: opened or used fragrance products (such as oils, sprays, diffusers, and lit candles) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please let us know. We take every report seriously and aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days.

Online webshop

The Style Of Morocco is an online webshop. We do not have a physical store or pick-up point. All orders are processed via our webshop and delivered to the address you provide.
