How does a reed diffuser work?
A reed diffuser spreads fragrance through capillary action: the reed sticks absorb the fragrance liquid and slowly evaporate it into the air. This way, you enjoy a subtle, constant fragrance 24/7 without flame or electricity.

Usage & Maintenance
How do I use a reed diffuser?
- Remove the cap from the bottle
- Place the reed sticks in the bottle
- Flip the sticks after 24 hours for a more intense fragrance diffusion
- Repeat flipping weekly for optimal fragrance
How many sticks should I use?
For a subtle scent: use 3–4 sticks. For a more intense scent: use all sticks. The more sticks, the faster the liquid evaporates and the shorter the lifespan.
Where is the best place to put the diffuser?
Place the diffuser in an area with light air circulation — such as a hallway, living room, or bathroom. Avoid direct sunlight and drafts, as this accelerates evaporation. Do not place it on a surface that is sensitive to liquid.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
- 100ml: on average 4–6 weeks
- 500ml Signature: on average 4–6 months
The lifespan depends on the number of sticks, the temperature, and the airflow in the room.
Can I reuse the sticks?
No — when refilling, we recommend replacing the sticks. Old sticks become clogged with dust and evaporated fragrance, making them less effective. New sticks ensure optimal fragrance diffusion.
Can I refill the diffuser?
Yes! Refills are available separately. When refilling, also replace the sticks for the best results.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like it?
Unopened diffusers can be returned within 30 days. Once opened, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
