We do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all information about shipping, delivery times and costs.
1. Free shipping
- Netherlands: free shipping on orders from €25
- Belgium: free shipping on orders from €40
Standard shipping costs apply for orders below these amounts.
2. Order
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once completed. Therefore, always carefully check your shipping address and order before checking out. Once the order has been paid for, we will immediately start processing to guarantee fast delivery.
3. Shipping costs & carrier
- Netherlands: €5.95 shipping costs (free above €25). Shipping via PostNL, including Track & Trace.
- Belgium: €7.95 shipping costs (free above €40). Shipping via PostNL, including Track & Trace.
Please note: We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
4. Processing time & shipping
Processing time: 1–2 working days.
- Netherlands: delivery within 1–3 working days
- Belgium: delivery within 2–4 working days
During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing time may be longer.
Please note: the stated delivery times are an indication and depend on PostNL.
5. Track & Trace
All orders are sent with a Track & Trace code. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, holidays or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions).
7. Address errors
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
