We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from The Style Of Morocco. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may contribute to our return policy, as described below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After notifying us of the return, you have another 30 days to send the product back. This means you have a total of 60 days from the receipt of your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To make a note for a return:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be examined for hygienic and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: fragrance oils, sprays, diffusers, candles that have been lit.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • If a product does not meet the above conditions, a return may be refused.

3. Return Costs

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will fully reimburse the return costs.

4. Refund

After we have received the product in good condition, the full purchase amount including standard shipping will be paid within 14 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. Any additional shipping options (such as express delivery) will not be reimbursed.

5. Exchange

Direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different product, please return the received item and then place a new order in the webshop.

6. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products

Is your order damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@thestyleofmorocco.nl. Include clear photos of:

  • the damage
  • the incorrect product
  • the packaging (if possible)

We will then provide a suitable solution.

7. Return Procedure

Send an email to contact@thestyleofmorocco.nl with:

  • your name
  • order number
  • reason for return
  • photos if applicable

You will receive from us:

  • the return address
  • further instructions

Carefully package the product and return it to the address we provide.

Keep the shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.
