1. Where are The Style of Morocco products made?

All our products are carefully handmade in Morocco, using the highest quality ingredients. Each item reflects the authentic scents and craftsmanship of Marrakech.

2. How do I use the home sprays?

Spray 2 to 3 times in the air or on fabrics from a safe distance. One spray is often enough to subtly perfume the room. Do not apply directly to the skin.

3. Are the diffusers and sprays refillable?

Yes, we offer refills for our diffusers. The sprays are not refillable but can be safely recycled.

4. How long do the diffusers last?

On average, 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the room and temperature. You can flip the sticks for an extra fragrance boost.

5. Are the fragrances natural?

Our fragrances are based on pure essential oils, carefully blended to create a long-lasting and luxurious scent experience.

6. How can I track my order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

7. What is the delivery time?

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. For Belgium and other EU countries, this may take a little longer.

8. Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us in advance at contact@msty.nl.

9. Do you offer gift services?

Yes. You can indicate during checkout that it is a gift. We will ensure stylish packaging in The Style of Morocco style.
