These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through The Style Of Morocco webshop.

Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from The Style Of Morocco and to every agreement concluded between The Style Of Morocco and the consumer.

Offer and products

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind The Style Of Morocco.

Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during checkout.

Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

Payments must be made directly using the available payment methods in the webshop. The Style Of Morocco reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues.

Delivery and shipping

Orders are carefully processed and shipped to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation.

Right of withdrawal and returns

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days of receipt without stating reasons. After notifying of return, the consumer has another 30 days to return the product.

Exceptions: Opened or used fragrance products (such as fragrance oils, sprays, diffusers, and used candles) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The costs for return shipping are for the consumer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Refund

After receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days via the same payment method.

Liability

The Style Of Morocco is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage caused by the use of the products.

Complaints

Complaints can be reported via contact@thestyleofmorocco.nl. We aim to handle complaints within 5 working days.

Privacy

The Style Of Morocco's privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.

Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes

The Style Of Morocco reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
